“IT WAS TERRIBLE!!!”

I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!! Our appartment got broken into and all of our things (accessories, AirPods, bags, clothes, money and shoes) got stolen including one big luggage. The cost is up to 3000€. We tried calling the customer service multiple times but they didn‘t answer. We even texted them but they didn‘t text back which is really suspicious. It’s really weird that only our belongings got stolen and not the coffee machine, microwave and TV which were in the appartment. We were 2 families staying in one appartment including one small child who got a fever because he was extremely scared. The surrounding place is dangerous. We felt very unsafe staying there after the robbery. We didn‘t eat and sleep properly for 2 days. We were very relieved when we left the place for good. If you want to keep your belongings and stay alive don‘t come here. The appartment wasn‘t even that clean. There was hair on the bedsheets and it was dirty. The floors were dusty. There were ants everywhere. The bathroom locks were broken and you couldn‘t even close the door properly. There weren‘t any locks on the bedroom doors. The closet doors and dining chairs were unstable. The cutlery and mugs had stains. There were bugs and spiderwebs on the ceilings. Do not come here if you want to enjoy your vacation and not waste money.

“The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay feel very comfortable and relaxing. One lovely touch was the welcome gift the host left for us, a really thoughtful gesture that we appreciated a lot. · Cons: The main downside was the location. It’s quite far from the city center, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. Also, the neighborhood felt a little sketchy, especially at night, not unsafe necessarily, but not the most welcoming area either.”

“Location, but if some one wants a calm place then this location is not ideal as the whole time the traffic sound is loud around. · Cons: The narrow corridor and long waiting for lift. The house keeping staff just enter into the apartment in our 2nd day stay, no knock and no permission 😞 this means anyone can enter your apartment while you are sleep or away. The apartment had a strong smell of a cleaning product (even inside the fridge), which made us feeling nausea, even keeping the windows open still the smell was there. No proper lighting , very dark, specially in master bed room there were two side lamp with deem light and the window was facing other apartment and no option of any light in the room. We asked for extra 15-20 min they didn't allow, instead the house keeping staff kept knocking 15 min earlier (10:45) and when we were leaving the maintenance person came to fix things that means the host already knew things were not working but still they gave us that apartment with out fixing things. Like the washroom door was stucking isndie the wall and needed a struggle to take it out and close it. In the last day, We waited for the lift with our luggage around 10 min in a very hot corridor and finally we had to get to the downstairs by stairs and ask people to leave the lift till we get our luggage down, we lost our booked taxi as he waited for more than 10 min, we had to book and pay for another taxi.”
