The overall experience was the worst we have ever had. This location poses a serious health and safety risk—we encountered severe mold, dust, rust, and cockroaches. The furniture was old, poorly maintained, and led to injuries due to its unsafe condition. Because of these unacceptable conditions, we were forced to cut our stay short. However, the host showed zero empathy and, instead of offering any refund, refused to return the €300 deposit charged on-site—clear scammer behavior. Booking.com provided little to no assistance, and despite my continued efforts, I am still waiting for meaningful support. This is by far the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. If you are reading this before booking—consider yourself lucky. Be sure to verify the property, as they seem to operate under multiple accounts across different platforms to hide negative reviews from scammed customers like us. If you value your health and sanity, stay far away from these scammers. I sincerely hope that every holiday they take is as "pleasant" as the one they facilitated for us. Karma always comes around.
