The plug in the bathroom sink didn't work properly . No instructions concerning washing machine. Contacted host but no reply. Concerned about what appeared to be Motion Detectors; one on kitchen area and another in hallway looking towards bedroom. Never before have we been expected to put out our own rubbish!

“Excellent location, clean, quiet”

The best

Location: we arrived Friday after midnight, and at the first glance the neighborhood seemed suspicious. Proved to be just an impression! Quiet (an alley with virtually no traffic), supermarket the next door and almost every other door, tapas/coffee/restaurants on the next alley, metro L3 at 5min walk! Apartment: clean, new furniture and appliances, good WIFI. Balcony view to an internal courtyard, not so exciting, but quiet (did you see the cats from the neighbor's balcony?) A special thanks to Dani, who had to wait for us late night - not our fault, we travelled in our worst airport day, with more than three hours delay.

To be improved

No bad things, just hints for a perfect journey: we had a 10 nights stay, so it's supposed we manage ourselves, though: maybe one more towel; maybe a starter pack (a coffee, a water)

The best

Good apartment for 2 people. Quite apartment with nice interior and good bed. Elevator, Wifi, refrigerator, kitchen appliances, exterior blinds, towels, big bathroom, balcony. Close to many restaurants, markets, metro line and tourist attractions. The view is to interior courtyard (not bad since is quitter that street view).

To be improved

The street looks intimidating at night but the region is safe. No soap in bathroom. A bit dusty apartment. We paid for cleaning 85 euro but received in the last day the message to clean the trash (the street bins at about 1 minutes walk). Not a problem but you should inform the clients all conditions before booking.

“Great apartment on the outskirts of the gothic district”

Clean tidy and spacious. Equipped well enough for our three day trip, basics all there. Nice balcony, but view over internal courtyard.

To be improved

There really wasn’t any provisions no milk water.. Not a problem unless you were expecting some, shop was almost next door
