The strategic position

We stayed in this flat for only 3 days fortunately. There were 5 of us, we were only given 2 large and 3 very small shower towels. We asked if we could have some more and although the u received the message she never read it. She also never read our request to leave our luggage there on the day of departure and then pick it up a few hours later. The location is very convenient, but the tenant was not available any of the three days we stayed. We tried to get a response through Booking, no response through the platform either. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, but only one has a toilet. The walls are poorly soundproofed, you could hear all the talk of the people above, including children shouting.

A very tired and a bit dirty. The iron and the toaster didn't work. One of the toilet seats wasn't attached. The extra pillows didn't have cases and were filthy
