“Great for an immersive Far West experience.”

The best

I liked the Wild West theme; the atmosphere was spot on! The hotel and the room were spotless. The beds were super comfortable, and the shower was spacious with excellent water pressure. The bathroom amenities were also a nice touch.

To be improved

The breakfast was disappointing; cheap, low-quality products and an overcrowded space made the experience feel even cheaper. The swimming pool was uncomfortably hot, more like a hot tub than an outdoor pool. Also, the hotel is quite far from the theme park entrance; expect a 15–20 minute walk just to reach the gates.

“Very good hotel to enjoy PortAventura”

The best

Kind staff, very good location - short walk to the entrance of the park. The food was tasty and varied - we chose the half board option and enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. We had to book slots for breakfast but we were there on time every day and the time was enough to eat without any rush. The pool was nice - no deep areas for proper swimming, but not many people went there so it was very calm.

To be improved

There was no place in the room to hang and dry wet clothes, which was inconvenient. The rooms were cleaned daily but there were still some spider webs. Furthermore, one day coming back from the park we found the door of our room forgotten open. Nothing was missing but it wasn't pleasant, the cleaning staff should be more careful.
