PortAventura Hotel Lucy's Mansion - Includes unlimited access & Express wristband to PortAventura Park & Ferrari Land

Lucy’mansion a house that pretends to have 5 stars but it does not behave properly Please find below my feedback after 4 nights spent in this “5 stars hotel”. 1. The old lady did not answer the phone at the reception, although when I came down the stairs, she was there writing something 2. They do not know English even at the table, they took orders, I ordered something and I received something else. I do not know even basic English related to the kitchen. 3. They do not have TV channels 4. Drinking water is not free in the room 5. They do not have salad at breakfast, no vegetables 6. They do not have water and napkins in the room 7. Water comes out of the shower cabin 8. Bad internet connection 9. Since we had already paid for breakfast and were not having it that morning, I asked for 4 sandwiches for 2 adults and 2 children. They told me that it is impossible to make them for safety reasons. We were about to leave the hotel at 2.30 and I asked to prepare the sandwiches in the evening. We received 1 kg of fruits and 5 bottles with waters and corn grains. 10. I asked for the invoice from the first day and no one answered me. It has been 1 week and I have not received any invoice. In conclusion, Lucy'mansion is not worth it at all because it does not offer the standards of a true 5-star hotel, I would say not even a 4. The services are execrable.

This hotel and it's staff are an asset to portaventura world. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The cleaners doman amazing job. The pool is small but a perfect size for the hotel. And you can use the rest of the Sullivan city pools. The food is amazing. Pool towels are included. The staff are amazing and will do their very best to make you feel welcomed and are so friendly. They will help with any queries and book any meals etc a for you. The express pass is massive plus also. A tip would be download the portaventura world app.

The price of a single night includes not only the park access, but an unlimited express pass for every visitor both for check-in and check-out dates. That alone would be a great offer for that money. However, every other detail is spot on. Comfortable beds, bathtub, stylish interiors, very high ceilings, and a great restaurant, having, I would guess, its own chef.

This hotel is fantastic. The hotel itself is beautifully themed and well looked after. The staff are an asset to the hotel and can’t do enough for you. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, we couldn’t find a single fault on our three night stay. We loved having the express pass included, this was a real bonus. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and said we couldn’t return to Port Aventura and stay in another hotel. Honestly the easiest 5⭐️’s ever given!

Could do with a few more plug sockets in rooms. But was a lovely stay
