The staff were helpful. The buffet was good at both breakfast and dinner time. Lots to choose from.

To be improved

The rooms are very dated, in dire need of renovation. They are also far too small for a family of 4. There were two small double beds, stuck next to each other. We were on the 5th floor, so there was no balcony to dry clothes or towels. There was no fridge in the room. This is in no way a 4-star hotel.

It was clean and the aesthetic was lovely. Very close to theme park and great breakfast

Students were running up and down the hallway at midnight and even thou I called reception a few times nothing happened. I had to open the door and tell them off myself which isn’t acceptable
