“Clean, cool, and great location”
The best

Apartment is clean and stylish. Finding there with a rental car was easy, and the location is great. We continued our trip via train and the station is right next to the apartment. There's no disturbing noises from outside even though it is a quite busy area outside. Air conditioning & wifi & bed sheets & towels & washing machine etc. as advertised, no complaints there.

To be improved

The cleaning supplies are kind of tucked here and there to the back of shelves and cupboards, be aware if travelling with smaller kids.

Location, apartment comfort, generous space, kitchen, clean linens, towels, ambience, quick response to messages with property owner

To be improved

The automated door opening mechanism which did not work for the front door. It would be great to have communication also in English.

“Located near the train station in a nice building. The owner is super kind and managed to handle the check in process in a way that suited us. You feel at home in her apartment. The aircondition system works perfectly ,which is essential if you are visiting Seville in the summer.”

“Cons: Attempting to collect the keys was a complete shambles. The owner was unavailable on the phone, we only manage to enter the lobby by the arrival of another tenant. All this took a very long time. Bathroom door bottom scraped the floor badly. Microwave not working. There is no welcome pack of instructions of any kind.”

“Lovely apartment near train station & supermarket.Highly recommend”
The best

Carmen was very responsive and helpful. Check-in instructions were very clear & easy to follow. Her apartment is spacious & clean. It’s also close to the train station, bus stops & a big supermarket. Highly recommend.
