Could have been more knives and forks

The property never got back to me when I messaged and asked if I could have second cot for my other child who is just 2 and therefore is a bit young to sleep in a big bed by herself. We made do but as it was advertised as having 2 free cots available this was disappointing. We also found the check in process a bit difficult as it is done through a screen and often difficult to make out what is being said on either side. It had baby items like a high chair and baby gates stated in the listing as amenities but when I asked they said they didn’t have those things so that was disappointing. We made do but people travelling with young kids should know that there are a lot of stairs in the chalets and no stairs gates are available. We noted it had a pool bit upon arrival it was clear the pool was not in use and it looked very dirty. This was a big let down because it was one of the reasons we booked the place and it said online the pool was open but this clearly wasn't the case. Finally note that while it is 3 bedrooms the 3rd room is 2 whole floors below the upper level that has the other 2 bedrooms.

Nothing to point out, the parking spaces are a bit tight, but the rest makes up for it.

The breakfast can be improved .

The Wi-Fi reception was pretty poor. We could hear guests from the neighbouring apartments going up and down the stairs.

Our IDs were scanned without asking permission first. No kettle for boiling water, only pans and a coffee maker. Some of the lights were not working. Wifi wasn't working No shampoo, shower gel or hand soap provided. Poor quality towels, hard to dry yourself with. No AC, very warm, humid and stuffy bedrooms unless we left the windows open, letting mosquitoes in. Only one deckchair for four people. Shared washing machine (or maybe the dryer) damaged some of our clothes. We were charged twice, and had to argue with a spanish-speaking only receptionist to get our money back.
