Great facility dor accommodation during your stay in Valencia

It was very clean and tidy. It had all the amenities. The location was perfect.

Convenient location. Big living room for hanging out with friends. Three comfortable bedrooms. It was fine for a two-night stay.

The apartment feels and looks brand new. It was spotlessly clean, had a great heating/cooling central system and was really comfy and cosy. We were 4 adults and 2 kids for 7 nights and we all felt like we were home! It has everything neccessary in the kitchen and bathrooms. Although it is on the ground floor, we felt really safe. It is very quiet and never heard anything from neighbours or the streets. The open terrace/yard was great too as I enjoyed the evenings with a drink and a cigar. It is well connected via Metro to the city center, beach and the airport. Leon was a great host, we were there for 7 nughts around Christmas and they had us a Christmas tree with small presents and water and wine waiting in the fridge. I absolutely recommend the place for a long or short visit. An absolute 10/10!

Apartman is beautifully designed, very well equiped and have more than enough space. Big terrace has a very comfort sofa ror relaxing. Communication and check in is very professional but polite and worm. Free parking space in front of the apartment can be a bit tricky to get but there is a garage very near that can be used
