The room had a lot of mold it made it smell. The WiFi wasn’t reaching the room. (They were doing maintenance and the front desk did let us know)

The staff made a lot of noise early in the morning. I suggest a mini-fridge to put in every room since Seville is very hot and having something fresh in one's room would be much better. Being too hot I didn't need it, of course, but there wasn't any boiler (as it is written in Booking).

WhatsUp messages about possible security cracks even commented by the stuff won't make your day. But in the end of the day everything seems to be fine (hopefully) but you don't want to hear that maybe you've sent your sensitive personal data to fraudulent link. Really simple equipment, trash is quite small to be even useful and at least a plastic cup would be nice to have. Windows of most rooms open to the common central vestibule going through all floors and if you are unlucky and your neighbor-guest is unrespectful to others and make loud call at 2am by the open window, you will hear him/her as he talks right beside your bed and you'll not be very happy. But if you are lucky to polite neighbors, you will have pleasant staying.

The apartment itself is nice, with a lovely rooftop terrace and a good location. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Communication was extremely poor. I had to ask three times to receive a correct invoice, and only after providing detailed instructions each time. Responses to my messages were slow and insufficient. Check-in information was sent very late, which caused unnecessary stress. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Also, the balcony door couldn't be opened properly. Overall, I cannot recommend this place due to the lack of professionalism and inadequate communication, despite the nice setting.
