“Lovely location and a room with a view of the mountains”
The best

Booked a bigger room which had a large balcony with a view of the mountains. We had a friendly welcome from the owner. We ate in the family restaurant only 100m away from the hotel. The food was good. Parking was on the main road with a 2 mins walk down a slope to the hotel.

“An excellent and relaxing stay”
The best

We loved our stay in Posada El Corcal de Liebana. The location is great and close to many hikes (we did one in Riano that we loved). The hotel is new and in excellent shape. Our Junior suite was spacious and had access to a small patio, it was great to relax there in the evening. The hotel was spotlessly clean and it is very well decorated. Having a coffee machine in the common area was convenient. The hotel has a restaurant and their food is excellent. Tama is a tiny place so being able to eat meals right at the hotel without driving to nearby bigger towns was a huge bonus and a real time-saver. Continental breakfast was amazing and so were dinners we had there. Food was flavorful and portions were generous. Staff was exceptional and very helpful. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely return every time we visit the area.

Beautiful location and very comfortable with good size room and spectacular views.

Breakfast wasn’t the best. Cold eggs, and not great coffee didn’t help matters and a limited selection. I know there are lots of positive comments about the breakfast but it didn’t live up to its’ reputation for us.

There were plenty og tables and umbrellas in the garden so you can stay and relax anytime of the day or stay late night for a glass of wine. Very good and attentive stuff. Hats off! Would return anytime. · Cons: Nothinh to complain.”
