The best

Overall the value for money was excellent. There was a district water cut and so freshly made coffee was not possible, making croissant a none starter. Breakfast was i spite of the water cut acceptable/good but not as good as we have experienced at street cafe for the same money €10. The water cut came in the middle of my wifes' shower. Our host heated some water, from a bottle of drinking water, and I acted as the shower head using a jug to wash the soap off her. Not everyone involved thought this was funny! Full marks for our host fory improvisation. I would certainly stay again and recommend to friends.

The best

This place is lovely. Although Lourdes doesn't speak English, we managed with Google Translate and she was friendly. Her house is lovely, the room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our breakfast in the garden. In the evening, we walked up to the pub in Santana- great food and a friendly landlord - but only open Friday, Saturday and Sundays - worth a visit if you stay on those days.
