“A rural sanctuary on a beautiful bike ride.”
The best

Beautiful conversion, in a rural location on the edge of the village. Very comfortable room and extremely clean. Modern ensuite. Breakfast overlooking the fields and hills. Dinner in the village at the local restaurant. Tasty beans, fish, eggs and local tart! Very kind and friendly hosting family (3 generations!).

“Picturesque area in authentic rural Spain”
The best

The inn was a very short walk from the village/town center where a few bars and restaurants can be found. The inn is not visible from the main road, so use google maps. There is ample parking on site. The room was spacious, clean a had a wonderful view of the countryside.

To be improved

I have a basic understanding of Spanish, but this was pushed to its limit, as this was the first inn that I have been to in Cantabria without the host using any English during check-in - but if authentic Spain is what you’re looking for this is it the place for you!
