“I wouldn't stay again way too warm in summer without Air-com”

Great location for out in the countryside and easy reach of Santander for the ferry the next day, plus plenty of parking which made the stay better for us.

To be improved

No Air-con which is a must at this time if the year, and the neighbours dogs they went on and on which wasn't great when you had to have the window open. The place more like and AirB/B as we did self checkin when we got there, which wasn't a problem but nobody even came to speak to us until the next day when we saw the people running the place. At breakfast it felt very strange as nobody came to speak to use and explain anything my friend asked for cereal but was told there wasn't any, so just had what was on offer which wasn't a wide selection. If you do stay please becareful in the bath / shower as I was the first one in and slipped and nearly fell out of the bath, I guess it was cleaning stuff left which made it very slippy.

“A great place to stay on our bicycle touring holiday. Marga was very welcoming and helpful, especially with information on where to get our evening meal. The hotel is amongst farmland on the edge of a small village and was very peaceful. Our room was cosy and clean, we slept really well. The shower was hot and powerful and we were able to store our bikes safely inside the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of options and we left content and ready for our next day of riding. Thank you Marga! · Cons: Nothing. It was perfect for us.”
