The staff were very good the breakfast was reasonable. Since they didnt speak english it was a bit of a problem to know if we could get a cooked breakfast eggs and so on. We had 3 breakfast and the cooked one was rather minimal we were not sure if that was part of breakfast we were not made the offer. We had to request for coffee the service was rather slow primarily due to the fact they didnt speak english and could not understand our request.

To be improved

The service at breakfast very slack. We booked these rooms several months before we travelled there and had request for ground floor rooms (2) next to each other. We were most disappointed that one of our party was located on the top floor had to climb with luggage and we were not informed of this prior to getting there despite the fact that we had made a request and informed that we are not able to climb stairs.
