Poor check-in & directions. It was a Sunday & no one around. Sign gorvthe pisadais not actually at the posada. It is next door. Nplo air conditioning, so rooms are very, very hot! Location- not on Santilana del mar. It is at least 8kms away by car Bars / restaurants nearby are not great & again not within walking distance along busy road

“Very disappointing.”

Hotel closed when arrived at 3pm. Note on door tel this number. This number didn’t work. Young Spanish couple arrived just after us and experienced the same. We were all left to wait in intense heat.Young man eventually turned up and eventually we gained access. This should not happen within normal hours of arrival. No compensation was offered….not even cold drink. Very poor and disappointing.
