The room was small but clean

To be improved

I travelled 9 hours to arrive at the hotel to find no staff. i was asked for an approximate arrival time which is difficult on a long journey. I arrived 1 hour 'early' and had to book in and accept room by telelphone. I left at 8 ion the Monday morning, no staff. The attached restaurant was closed on Sunday, although their website said different. I was told by the hotel a reservation was needed! I think the booking of a hotel should state no food available.. Especially after a long journey. No breakfast available due to opening hours. The single bed had a foot board which prevented me stretching out, I am fairly tall. On my return journey I stayed elsewhere. The owner stated the problems were a communication problem!
