“Decent stay in a rural house”

The best

The staff were really friendly and we felt immediately welcomed. The food at the inn was fresh and tasty. The building and surroundings have an old charm and the main interior was also full of old furniture and paintings. The room was nice and simple, bathroom was also clean, with very warm water and good shower pressure.

To be improved

Unfortunately the walls are very thin, we stayed there on 1st of May and the place was full - we could very exactly hear people from all directions around the room - upper floor and bathroom. Some were still talking loudly in the middle of the night. The bed was a bit short (my husband is 1.90 cm and his feet were dangling at the end) and the spring mattress felt pretty old and worn out. There were also some ants walking in the corners, but it was not a big problem.

“Super lovely guest house with a lot of character, the staff was super nice even though the language barrier. Def recommend going to the bar next door during your stay here. There is a garden as well as a communal area. The room had a lot of character too, everything we needed and a comfortable bed. · Cons: We were able to hear lots of noises (toilet flushing, kids screaming, people talking even in normal volume) through the door and walls. Since people come back from the bad until late at night it can be loud until late.”
