“Great place & worth the drive”
The best

This place was excellent! It was close to Avila. The room was spacious and the hotel itself is an old home that was remodeled with modern conveniences that included a restaurant with excellent food & service. The steak was delicious and so were the appetizers and dessert! We even were treated to an after dinner drink. You can also ha e breakfast there too before ypu head into Avila.The view of the countryside was a definite plus!

The best

We loved the authentic feeling of the place and the hospitality of the host. The place had everything we needed for the night - king size comfortable bed, fresh country side air, and a great shower. It's well located next to a beautiful city Avila and on the way to Portugal. If you are heading that direction - it's a perfect place for a stop.

Breakfast was ok but not out of this world.

Hidden treasure! This is an old house (almost castle) with a soul in a very calm location. Very kind host, excellent dinner and breakfast and falling stars as a bonus :-) Thank you!
