The property was modern& light with a view of the sea (but also an old cemetery!)

To be improved

There was building noise (drilling) daily, starting at 8am. It was not a relaxing holiday. Make sure you read the small print as it says there may well be building noise going on & no change of venue or compensation by Cadiz4Rental. Looking at the building work taking place it will be a year or two before it is no longer a building site.

The best

The location is perfect for a visit to Cadiz. It's a walk of only 2 km to the old centre and mostly along the nice walkway next to the beach. The apartment is located in a brand new building. It is small but has everything you need. We were happy with the parking spot in the garage right next to the elevator. The host was very helpful with any questions.

To be improved

There was quite some noise from construction vehicles (beeping continously) right in front of the building. We were out most of the day so it only bothered us in the morning. The balcony was smaller than expected from the photos.

However you saw the view when you were standing. You didn't see the view when you were sitting because of the high, stone, balcony.
