The property is lovely and is well presented, comfortable and big. The hot tub on the roof is particularly pleasant.

To be improved

Although expected, no swimming pool was available in late May (meant to be open from March) - although full and sea water based with filters operating we were not allowed to use it; it was ‘closed’ supposedly due to a drought (which clearly doesn’t impact sea water); we were told that the pool showers could not be used (they didn’t work anyway) and we didn’t need them (the showers in the apartment did work). We were not advised of this in advance and having a pool was important to us. The air conditioning barely worked and staff/contractors were unable to help with this. The walls have no soundproofing; there are signs everywhere asking you to keep your voices down! Conversation in the hot tub could be clearly heard in the bedroom below (where the baby was sleeping). No price reduction was pro-offered relating to the above; instead, we were charged €50 for arriving after 10pm! And we received our deposit refund only after asking for it…

Far away from town, in photos i see jacuzzi and beach but jacuzzi not working , beach is far away from apartaments , No welcome pack 😒 if you want be there you mat have car
