Absolutely disappointed with the rented apartment. The cleanliness was far from acceptable: hair of various lengths was scattered on the floor, the entire apartment was covered in a layer of dust, and the balcony was littered with pigeon droppings. There was even a pigeon nest on the air conditioner outside, which was extremely unsanitary. There was no bedding provided—just blankets without duvet covers, and one of the pillows was even missing a pillowcase. The apartment lacked the hygiene items listed on Booking—no soap, shampoo, or toilet paper. The listing also stated that bathrobes would be provided, but there were none. A set of towels was only delivered on the fourth day after multiple reminders. The apartment was absolutely unprepared for guests: the refrigerator was completely iced over. One of the bathrooms had drainage issues, which caused additional inconvenience. The price-to-quality ratio was appalling. Such disregard for guests is unacceptable, especially given the listed amenities and the high rental cost. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to ruin your vacation and waste your mood and time.

We arrived Sunday night and the shop where we were to collect the keys was closed. It took a while to contact the owner and get the keys delivered.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t great and kept dipping in and out. One wee minor thing would be to include some softer lighting, perhaps some lamps in the living area. The lighting was very harsh at night time and could do with a bit more warmth.
