Beautiful place, convenient location and great host

Private and beautiful. Location was outside the village but close enough to make it a nice walk each day.

Stunning location with spectacular views of the mountains. Outside space was very special.

The property is well located for walking into the old town of Pollenca and is set on a hillside with fantastic views of the town and surrounding mountains. It's spacious with plenty of room for 6 people to enjoy a holiday without crowding each other and the outdoor spaces and pool are fantastic. It's so quiet and peaceful and to lie and read a book in the sunshine by the pool was wonderful. It was equally lovely in the evening to sit out and eat under the stars! The property was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well but, as there are mosquito screens on all the windows, we were able to sleep with the windows open and didn't need to use it. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking and the large fridge, cooker and dishwasher made life easy when catering for the family. Venturing down the hill on foot into the old town to eat and shop was a bonus, as we didn't have to argue about who was going to drive back in the evening!

The property was a rustic well loved and beautifully appointed finca with enough living space to comfortably house a family of six. The views from the villa across to Pollensa are stunning. Joana and her father were very accommodating hosts and nothing was too much trouble.
