The best

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. In particular we were met on arrival by Santiago who was informative and answered all our queries, from a group of 8 friends. He assisted us throughout our stay and his manner was consistently kind and respectful. I was very impressed. The lady who helped us check out at 6am was also helpful.

To be improved

on site bar and restaurant would have been good, but the nearby facilities were great and it was not an inconvenience to visit them.

“A real luxury for any pilgrims.”

The best

We had a fabulous welcome, having had a phone call the previous day to check the room would be set as we wanted it. Room was lovely and large with a great seating area outside. Loved the pool facility and just what we needed after a long days climb! Breakfast had a wonderful variety and was delicious.

To be improved

For a 4* hotel we felt there should have been a bar rather than just a vending machine. Would’ve loved sitting next to the pool with a beer after our days achievement! Possibly have 2 deck chairs per room rather than one to sit outside as we would’ve both enjoyed a lounge pass the room.
