The accommodation was great, clean, comfortable. The location is perfect since it is in the heart of Bilbao. Also, they gave us an excellent service and they were clear with the instructions.

Good location for the convention centre and the stadium, clean, spacious, good facilities. Would suggest it's a good apartment for the cooler months.

To be improved

It was far too hot, and there were no fans to circulate air (I knew the property didn't have Aircon when I booked, but was surprised there wasn't even a fan given bilbao does get quite hot). The property also seemed to have a lot of flies and mosquitos. We sprayed bug spray, but obviously as it was so hot, to get more air in you needed to have the windows open for a while, which let more in. We ended up with a lot of bites. Between the bites and the heat we didn't get much sleep. We had booked for 4 nights but checked out after 2 and went to a hotel with Aircon.
