“Apartment is in a central location and was well equipped. Nice roof terrace and flat is spacious. Secure and well maintained residential entrance to the flat. · Cons: We arrived at the apartment minutes after 8pm. The assistant informed us that it is classed as a late check in. I was aware that after 8pm does incur a 25 euro fee however I assumed with it being literally minutes we would not be charged. He also insisted that it must be paid in cash! This was not a great start to our holiday. There is a safety deposit box in the bedroom but we were informed it was only for use by the owners. If this is important to you please be aware of this. When the air conditioning stopped working we tried to call the number of the office however the message stated that the number had been changed and the telephone number on their website is also incorrect. I messaged and emailed - sending several reminders. Someone eventually replied asking us to trip the fuse and restart the electricity when this did not work I emailed again. With no response we had to take time out of our day to actually visit their offices. They did send someone who got it started again but the thermostat could not be controlled. We were leaving the next day so did not contact them again.”
