No upfront code to access the building, and I had to wait a while outside at 2am until this was sorted. Also no direct contact phone. Purely remote support via WhatsApp. - Mold smell and a noisy air-conditioner.”

“Worst experience ever. Scammers”

The property manager asked for extra money and after i told him i won’t pay it because you didn’t mention it during the booking process, he cancelled ny booking at the same check in day and booking.com didn’t do anything about it
