The shower has about 4 minutes of warmth, and it over flows onto the floor, with no bath mat. Despite mentioning this to the property owners and Jose, we heard crickets. Also, the kitchen sink was slow to drain, leaving stagnant water, and the house keepers left opened cottage cheese and milk in fridge.

No Ironing box but that's not a big deal.

The staff supervisor stole from us. He asked for 25 Euro per day for our dog, which on the listing says no extra fees AND I did mention in a message to them that we were coming with our dog. We realized that a day after check-in, since we were tired from traveling when we arrived. The "business" kept sending me to him, after multiple messages to both and being ignored, I just assume that they are ok with stealing guests. Just don't go there. It doesn't look like the pictures at all, but good enough. The location is great, from walking distance to a lot of things. Parking is extremely expensive around if you can avoid having a car.

The room was not clean enough as the pillowcase of the one bed had a weird smell. Thank god we found some spare sheets and changed them. Also we had one key for three persons to share and there are no codes to enter, so we always had to arrange in order to enter and exit the house (not so convenient).
