This place is wonderful, it’s close to major attractions and restaurants. My family found this place charming and easy to get in and out. I will definitely recommend this place when you come to Madrid.

The best

It was well located. The living area was comfortable. It had a lift and a very functional kitchen. The best thing about the property is the host, Gunther. I have never come across someone so hospitable and responsive before. Accommodated a late checkout, responded to queries immediately, stored our luggage on his own apartment so we could explore the city before catching a late flight.

To be improved

The bedrooms were small and we needed to use the living area for our suitcases.

Everthing was great and the hospitality was awesome. Günter is an incredible owner and can help you with every possible problem in the city. The place is quiet, safe and comfortable. If you wanna stay in Madrid you must consider this opsiyon.

Location was excellent. Close to many restaurants, able to walk everywhere

To be improved

There was construction next door that was noisy at times during the day. It didn’t bother us as we were out most of the time.
