Good Location, clean, spacious, nicely decorated. Good showers.

Fault with the air con/heating unit in the front double bedroom, meant it was not possible to sleep in that room due to the very loud noise that would constantly click on and off. We reported this to the agent, who said an engineer would arrive to fix it, but this did not happen during our 3 night stay. Also, not the fault of the property, but there is a major renovation going on over the road, meaning front rooms are very noisy early in the morning when construction workers arrive.

The location was great. Metro was easy to access and all tourist attractions were walkable. The apartment was clean and well thought through. It had everything a family of 5 needed for a city break.

The air conditioning was really not affective in 39 degree heats!

Hot, there was AC but I think Madrid is just hot in August and air conditioning can’t keep up. The master bedroom was extremely hot making it difficult to sleep.
