To be improved

Booked for a double room with bathroom and kitchen facilities. Instead of the accommodation as shown on the Booking website, we are placed with a neighbor in the flat. We get a room there. It is an untidy occupied house, it feels uncomfortable. There is a dog and smoking in the house.
