Lack of air conditioning Balcony unable to lock One bed bedroom no lighting Car park porter complained we hadn't parked properly and threatened us with police. After this we counted the days to get out. Dog next door kept us awake.. Apartment is in Arce 1. Why call it differently. Will never return.

It was not very clean, the oven tray was dirty,cups and glasses were not clean . Towels need replacing bedding sheets some needs replacing. Very washed out and torn. The apartment is in a perfect location with amazing views which is what is rating accommodation. Definitely would need a bit of TLC. Would recommend installing air con as it was very hot in the evening. What is selling this apartment is location. We always stay in apartments but this is the first time I have had to wash kitchen ware before we could use it. Patio furniture very poor quality chairs gave away twice.

The apartment was unloved. Needs to be refreshed and broken/ damaged items need to be replaced. We didn’t find the beds very comfortable. Some of the balcony furniture needs updating. Air con or ceiling fans would have helped our stay as apartment got very hot. With some remedial work carried out this could be a lovely place to stay.
