“Great location but outdated property.”

Great location with private parking. Swimming pool is never busy, feels like Access to the beach. We had clogged bathroom sink and were offered maintenance to come and have a look a day after ( due to bank holidays) .

To be improved

Property is very outdated to the point that some sockets falling out of the wall. Bedroom had some kind of bugs, they were all over the curtains ( curtains in the bedroom needs to be washed) and on the floor.We kept bedroom window closed.. We would sweep all this bugs every night before going to the bed. Kitchen is very basic, but has all the necessary utensils, coffee machine etc.

“Great location, facilities not very good.”

The view and location are very good. The bed was comfortable and linens good. Good washing machine and fridge freezer.

The property is in need of renovation! No hot water in the bathroom basin No cold water in the kitchen sink. The lid of the kettle us broken Stove tiop controls very difficult to use. The kitchen needs total renovation. All of these issues have been raised before but nothing has been done about it. The owners need to take responsibility as these are not all issues the managing agents can resolve.

“Nice but needs work”

Felt safe and secure. Excellent view from the balcony and very close to shops and restaurants. All the white goods and TV worked well.

Badly in need of redecorating and updating. Light switches and plug points all felt a little loose on the wall. Water heater could not provide 2 showers in a row. Bathroom basin couldn't provide hot water and kitchen sink no cold water! Hob had no markings to show which ring was which or how much heat was on. The vent in the kitchen was very dirty. Cleaners turned up an hour early on our final day and made out we had the exit time wrong, when we didn't and had already clarified that with the office a few days before.
