Beach, stores, bus stop, restaurants within 100 meters. It was easy to get into the apartment, comfortable for 2 people and maybe 1 child. We had a good time here, there is even a mini balcony as well.

To be improved

Not comfortable for 2 adults and 2 small kids, but we knew in advance the apartment is small, so no problem. The pull out couch is uncomfortable and noisy, and since there are restaurants below the apartment, it can be noisy till midnight.
