Very well equipped apartment on 5th floor, with lifts, and close to beach, transport etc

To be improved

Balcony got sun from morning till about 3pm, we loke to sit out of an evening so didn't suit us. Pool belongs to hotel next door (a haven for stag/hen parties) and sunbeds cost €3/day. Pull out bed very difficult to set up, a couple of brackets were falling off. We booked at short notice, not really knowing the area, for c€82/night...on hunting for an apartment for next year a similar specification is c€50/night or less.

The best

The flat was very comfortable. I liked the all round balcony and the view out to the sea.The flat is close to the beach and Rambla. There are many bars and restaurants nearby.

To be improved

Only the barking dog next door.

The property was very centralised to various areas. Whether it was to the Marina, the beach, to Arrayo De La Miel, or Torrequebrada, everything was a maximum of 25 mins walk. Could access multiple locations.

To be improved

Nothing bad about the property. One minor issue with the blind, which was quickly resolved by the team, for motorised closing.
