“Good Value Apartment in Villa Joiyosa for a family but a steep climb from the main beach area”
The best

Newly renovated apartment with nice clean/new bathrooms. Great balcony with table, chairs & lounge bed but furnishings a little basic. Walking distance of approx. 10 mins to the beach area & seafood restaurants. Alexander on call when required for problems & Ingrid met us on arrival with access to complex with keys. Car parking

To be improved

2 bathrooms but the only shower was in the on-suite which is OK for a family with children but didn't work for 3 adults. Walk to beach was less than 10 mins but very steep return from the beach for older guests. Sofa, terrace lounger were stained & dining room chair covers soiled - dry cleaning/washing needed. No mattress protectors on beds - essential in a rental property in a hot country. Kettle didn't work & promised replacement never arrived.

The best

Very nice appartment recently renovated and located near sea front. All furniture needed and accessories in appartment. Host helpful and available for any request. Private parking. Nice and clean beach.
