Precioso apartamento con patio. PYP

The only issue we had was on Saturday night the bar next door was loud and kept us awake, but was not an issue any other nights

The flat was very dirty. We had to clean it upon arrival (see pictures at our arrival). There is no vacuum cleaner so you have to go medieval with a broom which is ineffective. The sofa looks disgusting, I'm pretty sure it has never been cleaned. The drainage of the bathroom is not working well, both showers are dripping in water after 2 minutes of showering. One of the bedrooms faces the street which is noisy (the flat is situated downstairs) but the other bedroom is much worse, 6 out of our 7 days of stay there was loud banging music coming from a nearby bar (till 2-3am !!), it was impossible to sleep well. There is no mosquito net in either of the windows so expect tons of bites even in November. I would NOT recommend this place. I don't even understand the good ratings as all of these problems have been mentioned by others but no effort has been made by the owner to solve these problems. It was disappointing, although the experience could've been much better if the owner cared about it. It's a shame...

Although there is a nice internal patio there are no windows that look out on the street. The only ones are patio doors directly onto the street. When you are mostly out and about this is not an issue, but if you want a place with a view, I would not recommend. Also on Saturday night there was a bar next door so noisy until early hours of the morning. Seemed to only be that night though.
