The best

Very good location in fantastic area of Costa Blanca. Very good contact with hosts. Enough space to host group of 5, super clean beds sheets and towels.

To be improved

Some of equipment requires maintenance or replacement (noisy airco, door locks, poor ventilation). There is quite some noise from main road and fans of air conditioners. We also found the flat cold and humid (visiting in Feb) and not so easy to heat. One of the bedrooms does not have actual outside window.

“Mixed feeling - some things too good and others not enough to be excellent”
The best

Location was perfect, near the beach and going uphill 10 minutes you have the city center, which was very beautiful. Place was very quiet and clean. And having 2 bathrooms made our lives easier for the stay.

To be improved

We were not given keys from the back door where beach was more accessible. We could go out but not come on in using that door. Just 1 shower towel per person for 4 days, didn't seem enough to me.
