Lack of kinda kitchen’s utensils,

Power went out several times when we used the washing machine, but we figured out how to reset the fuse box each time. Had trouble figuring out the stove top....directions should be provided. The pillows were long tubes and wished we had the rectangular pillows. The beds in 2 largest rooms are ready for replacement as they slope. The coffee pot needs replacing as the handle keeps falling off.

If you rent out a three bedroom apartment, as guests for more than a week, we expect to find the following: A kettle, in case you drink tea, an iron with ironing board, very useful for long stays, none of these are existed in the apartment, a comfortable bad with proper pillows, (not a staffed bag to substitute a pillow), at least one or two proper towels , not the two medium size very worn ones that were supplied.

The cold Mosaic floor!! And the heaters were centralised and were on from 6pm to maybe 12:00 midnight only. So it was not that comfortable in winter when we came.
