“Would visit again (needs adjustments)”

The best

The apartment was at a perfect location and the view was super nice. Bathroom and kitchen were spatious and clean. Living and dining space were huge and both bedrooms had comfortable beds. The decor and light very pleasant and minimal.

To be improved

All 4 chairs were broken. The hairdryer wasnt working. And the decor at the master bedroom was uncomfortable (2 huge light bulbs very close to the top of our heads). Lastly the hosts had us waiting for 30 minutes before giving us the right instructions to access the apartment after various calls and texts we had to initiate.

“Reasonable apartment, close to main attractions, good for family use”

Great location, close to main attractions.. check-in instructions, including information about location given in advance which were helpful. All toiletries provided. Working Kitchen, easy to use and clean - cleaning materials provided. Overall enjoyed our stay, will consider booking again.

To be improved

Aircon was only in the living area with fans provided in the rooms. It was hot so Aircon in rooms would have been preferred. TV remote was damaged and hence difficult to use.

The best

The great location of the apartment, it was in the centre of the city in a proximate location to many important sites of Granada. Spacious with comfy beds.

To be improved

The apartment would benefit from external blinds to minimise heat from the sun.

Spacious and well designed apartment. Excellent location in the city center.

To be improved

The walls were poorly insulated and we were cold at night. Small improvements could be made: carpets on the stone floor, salt in the kitchen and a stronger portable heater.

“Good location, but needs work.”

It’s in a great and central location and the staff dealt with via WhatsApp were nice and quick to reply. The apartment is a good size.

To be improved

Unfortunately there was a banging coming from the air conditioner which we reported on Friday evening on arrival and it still wasn’t fixed by the time we checked out on Monday. The banging continued for a period of time even after the air conditioner was turned off. It was so loud I couldn’t sleep. There were also no basics foodstuff provided - no olive oil, no salt and pepper, no tea and coffee, no bread knife etc. The place was also not very clean. We had a baby crawling of the floor and their shirt was filthy after. The bedding was also not comfortable. The pillows and the mattress especially.
