“The location was perfect. I just didn’t like the restroom.”

Great location this location used to be a storefront. The bathroom is in a sunken area and it smell like sewage.

Close to the center of Madrid. 5 mins walk to metro station

To be improved

The apartment wasn’t as shown in the pictures. the owner was very helpful and polite and let us get in the apartment earlier. Clean but old. The outdoor was an iron/glass door with no soundproofing. The cars outside felt like passing through the bedroom.

“Delightful experience in Madrid made in part due to the very friendly host and location of this Precioso apartamento”
The best

Property was in a great location making it easy to walk most places. The owner was very accommodating, attentive, and responsive.

To be improved

If I had to say anything here it would be nice to have a dryer to match the washing machine. Though it is easy to air dry especially with the small patio out back. And there are laundromats nearby
