The best

The location was great, just 2 min walk to the beach. Cafes and markets nearby. The house was neat and clean, well decorated with enough amenities. The building was old but the house was newly and nicely refurbished.

“Worth every penny”

The best

Excellent location, host, house. We went there with another couple and the apartment was as we expected. There are shops and restaurants all around and the beach at 300 m max away.

To be improved

Just for the moment there are workers in the building replacing electrical wires. Work starts at 9

The apartment was relatively close to the center. We liked that the apartment was spacious, well-compartmented, modernly furnished, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for 2 couples. The host was very friendly, she waited for us at the agreed time.

To be improved

Although free on the street, parking was quite difficult to find given that we were not there in high season. The windows do not close tightly, and at night you can hear noise from outside from a nearby terrace. Also, the fan in one of the bathrooms makes a very loud noise, and at night it is disturbing for those in the apartment. The apartment needs minor repairs, it seems like it was flooded a little by the look of the walls, but also by the slight smell of mold. The apartment needs minor improvements, but all in all everything was fine for one night.

“Lovely apartment with a perfect location”

The best

The host is really nice. He even let us check out 2 hours later for free ( there was no reservation for the next day). The apartment is nice it has anything you need. The location is perfect. It is in the center of Marbella and the beach is literally a 2 minute walk. Definitely recommend this place!

To be improved

There was no toaster and the ensuite shower was not draining properly. That bathroom was cold as windows do not close all the way at the top so very chilly. The bed in the bedroom with the extra closet space is uncomfortable and makes creaking sounds when you roll over so makes for a noisy night when two people are trying to sleep. Also, the electrical breaker switch would flick off if the oven and stove were on at same time.
