“A little TLC needed”

The best

The apartment was very spacious. The pool and tennis/padel courts were fantastic. The apartment was clean, and the dishwasher and washing machine was a bonus. The parking was brilliant. The location was perfect as we could walk into salou, to the beach, and to portaventura.

To be improved

The apartment needs some new mattresses on the beds. Especially the double, it has collapsed on one side. The sunbeds are broken on the terrace. The fan in the living room doesn't work, and the Aircon in the bedroom is poor. The check-in to the property was terrible, and there was no check out info. We needed keys to get into the parking and there was nobody to meet us. So, we had to leave the car on the street and meet a cleaner in the property to help us get in. We messaged the owner about where to leave the keys on check out, and there was no reply. A real shame as this was all very stressful with 2 young children.

“Worth coming back”

The best

The host was really pleasant. Que pase un buen verano, Alves! We've got a bit confused with crowded parking around and a noisy hotels nearby but it turned out that the underground apartment parking was rather confortable. The fact that the apartment was facing the interior yard and a reduced sunshine after the afternoon was a huge relief in the evening to have a confortable rest. The wifi was flawless. Clean interior yard and parking always looked after. Close to the see. What else to wish for... Maybe, in the high season it is not that calm but I would be definitely returning in May.

To be improved

I am not sure if the oven was available. We kinda did not notice it but, in the end, for a short stay it was not that necessary.
