Precioso apartamento en Triana

Here goes,We arrived on Tuesday 15th October at 1700 hrs.According to the owners,there would be somebody there to meet us,There was not.I actually got two e mails,from the owners on the 15th Oct,at 1409 hrs and 1721 hrs saying Hello,and the keys would be at Calle Betis Number 60.As we were on route and had arrived at the apartment,and having no WIFI,that was a waste of time.As we got no answer,I rang the owner.As She spoke in Spanish and me in English that was a waste of time.I asked somebody on the street if they spoke English,which by luck he did.He phoned the owner to be told the keys were at Number 60 Calle Betis.So we went there to discover,it was apartments.I rang one bell and somebody let us in,There were about six apartments there.So I rang the door of one of them,and they were very helpful.They rang the owner to discover the keys were at the shop next door.As it was raining,I was not amused,Disgraceful,never recommend it to anybody,Also when leaving on the Saturday,The day before Friday,we passed the shop ,and asked where we leave the keys, We were told leave them with us,but we do not open til Midday.No good to us.So left the keys in there post box.Now in the apartment.There was no Kettle, no toaster and no drainer to dry the pots.Also in the two bedrooms,there are two sets of drawers which stunk of damp,so obviously no clothes in there.The place needs a good tidying up and modernising

Cleanliness in the bathroom wasnt good. It also felt like the shower tray would collapse onto the apartment below. Also the water heater leaked in the kitchen into a plug socket. No kettle to make a brew, had to use a pan. Owner hard to get hold of and instructions for getting and leaving the keys where an absolute nightmare. Tried messaging and calling but didn't understand English.

No English tv channels but that did not spoil our stay
