The best

We arrived after a long journey. David was waiting for us with a big smile and helped us with parking and keys etc. It's a nice sized apartment it feels like it been furnished from furniture that was at some time in someone's house and they up dated and gave it away. The bed was comfy with a huge duvet on it. plenty of wardrobe space. Kitchen was good nice washing machine and other appliances.

To be improved

We went on a trip to Budapest just as the old regime out there had fallen and this place reminded me of that. Half the building appeared to be empty. There are lots of stairs and no lift so no good if you have mobility problems. I stopped counting the trip hazards as there were so many. The apartment was like some old brutalist building it felt like in its day it would have been great. We just left the car in the garage and didn't use it as parking bays are small. We got ourselves in the mind set of taking everything with us in the mornings so not to have to keep going up and down stairs. But for all that I think we would go again. We did leave 3 days early.

“Fantastic apartment in perfect location”

The best

Excellent apartment, super clean, spacious, very comfortable bed, provided shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and even a beach towel which was a bonus. We didn't cook in the apartment but it had all you need and a full size fridge / freezer. The location is perfect, 2 minutes from the beach and lots of bars and restaurants around, and about 10 from the marina. Would definitely want to stay here again if I return to Benalmadena. Contact with the host was easy and always a quick response.

To be improved

The pool wasn't open (May) but even if it was its not really a place you would lie at the pool, so if you are a pool sunbather it might not suit. The address on booking.com says its number 64 but its actually number 86, so a little hard to find on the first day.

The best

The location is quite good, very close to the sea. There is also a bus stop close to the building. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed for comfortable accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped.

To be improved

The bed linen was not clean enough and had stains. The locks on the balcony slide were broken, and the window could not be fully closed and locked. Although the balcony faces the courtyard, making it unlikely for someone to break into the room, it was still unpleasant.

“Excellent location, amazing sea view!”

The best

Excellent location, very convenient and great service. Lovely sea view from the terrace. I had 5 large heavy suitcases and Daniela and her husband helped me to carry on them.
