“Great apartment.”

Such a lovely apartment with unique interior. The kitchen was great with so many utensils with large oven/microwaves/refrigerator. Wifi was exceptionally good. AC is very modern and working well. The loft was nice and I had a very good sleep in the bed. Shower and washing machine worked fine. (In short, everything worked fine/well). Host was responsive via whatsup. Nice courtyard too. Close to metro station and walking distance to train station or city center. Lively neighborhood but never noisy. The photos of the apartment are accurate.

To be improved

Small things. It's uphill walk to the city center or supermarket, so recommended for younger guests. It's an old building so the ventilation is not perfect. Garbage collection was somewhat confusing. The self-check-in was not the easiest and the building door can be heavy. Overall, they were not really critical.

“A nice TWO BEDROOM apartment in a good location in Spain.”

This is not a 3 bedroom apartment. It has only two bedrooms and then beds in a main pass through area that is really a living room. Other than that, the apartment was in a good location that was fairly quiet, easy to find, and had good access by walking and metro. It was clean and had good furniture, etc.

This is not a 3 bedroom apartment. It has only two bedrooms and then beds in a main pass through area that is really a living room. I shopped for and paid for 3 bedrooms; while maybe this should have been clear from the pictures (what the owner said when I complained), it should not be listed and rented as 3 bedrooms. It is not!

It is perfectly clean, modern and central located apartment. Comfortable living room, comfortable beds, all needed for a long or short stay is included.

To be improved

It is located on the ground floor, so it was noisy at nights.

“big apartment close to historic centre”

modern big apartment, 2 classic bedrooms, other 2-3 beds are in the hallway, there are 2 bathrooms with shower, one of them has the wash basin in the connected bedroom, good wifi, equipped kitchen with sofa bed and tv, 2 set of keys, close to metro Puerta de Toledo or La Latina, Carrefour market, recommend the trip to Segovia, all the Madrid historic centre possible to reach by walk, we really enjoyed the stay, highly recommend

To be improved

wash basin in bedroom is unusual but ok for us, double bed could be little bigger
