“Unpleasant,costly- I only spent time to sleep due to the smell and hygiene concerns with the bathroom I had to go to”

location. the surface cleaning was very good as were beds and bedding

To be improved

1- the toilet seat was only secured on one side - i have photo 2- the unlevel floortiles at the bathroom doorway were a trip hazard. banged my toes -I have photo 3- I was unable to use the shower as the drains were blocked I cleaned my teeth in the hand basin and the fowl/Stagnant water and debris immediately came up the plug hole in the shower. it was stinking - I have a video under the sink there was fluid to unblock drains (photo) so obviously an ongoing problem

Wifi was super bed and the property is very loud because of the street. We were able to hear every car and roller tier rolling
