PRECIOSO APARTAMENTO

The aircon unit in the main balcony bedroom although working was not very powerful compared to the other bedroom. The aircon in the living room wasn’t working at all. Weren’t able to use living room as it was so warm. Slight problem with ants but I guess that’s a common issue. It wasn’t a major thing. No toaster in kitchen so had to use the grill instead. This would have been nice to have had. The shower head does not connect to the holder so you have to hold it whilst showering. Apart from the aircon issues most of these are small issues but all could be easily rectified to provide the ultimate perfect stay. Overall very happy with our stay.

The staff were completely unresponsive. I called two different numbers, there was no answer and no one showed up to help. Both doors were jammed and wouldn’t open, even after using the key multiple times which left us stuck outside for a while because of these dodgy doors. Furthermore I messaged the host in english and she replied in Spanish without checking if I understood which felt careless and unprofessional on top of everything else. The bedroom doors had no locks and the room next to the terrace was not safe at all. Anyone could’ve walked in from the back since the sliding door wasn’t even locked. The area itself wasn’t great either. On top of that, their check-in time is a ridiculous 4pm. They said they’d let me know if we could check in earlier but of course they didn’t bother and gave me no update before that. Overall it caused a big inconvenience to my trip

A bit noisy street, but after midnight it was quieter. For some people 3rd floor with no lift could be a problem, but for us it was ok. Thing to consider - putting lighter blankets as an option.
