The host is very terible. He doesn’t have any knowledge about doing service. It is very funny that he require 300 EUR for deposit for the poor furnitures. And required payment in cash also inconvenient. Bathroom is very small and don’t have space to put cloths.

The best

A great place to relax near the beach, where you can have a good walk, look at the beautiful sea and have a delicious meal. Thank you so much Julia for the recommendations on places to see in Valencia. It was great! You can have a delicious breakfast with coffee in Mikonos, and lunch in. La Cassola de Marin's. We didn't have time to visit all the places, but we will definitely come back to you soon to see everything. The apartment is warm and comfortable, and thanks extra for the coffee and wine! It's super!

To be improved

There was wind outside, but it's 2 line of houses so it's not so noisy, and Julia brought us 1 more heater so we felt very good. This is a wonderful place, the apartment in Valencia on the beach matches the photo.

very expensive €45 cleaning fee, the external walls are thin and hollow, the air conditioning installed on the wall of the room vibrates the entire wall and the noise is extremely loud, had a electrical issue on plug, so the air conditioning worked on second day, but not for long due the noises Don't have fan extractor on bathroom and the moisture come out to the apartment and make it cold. So hard find a car parking
